1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and c888 ("c888", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the c888 website at c888.biz, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and account facilities (collectively, the "Platform").

c888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on c888, you must register a single, personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your c888 account:

• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. c888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits are credited to your c888 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by the Platform's payment processing systems. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. c888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability and compliance requirements.
• c888 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are communicated via the cashier section of your account.
• Any funds deposited to your c888 account do not accrue interest regardless of the duration they remain in the account.

c888 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

c888 offers various bonus promotions to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses are only valid for the period specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses and associated conditional winnings will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings.
• c888 VIP loyalty programme points, tier status, and associated benefits are governed by the separate VIP programme terms communicated within your account dashboard. VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise specified.
• c888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed on the c888 sportsbook and all wagers made in the c888 Casino section are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or market, as published on the Platform. The following general provisions apply:

• Once confirmed, bets and casino game wagers are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where an explicit cash-out or early settlement feature is available and utilised within the applicable time window.
• c888 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or any other circumstance that materially affected the accuracy of odds or game outcomes at the time of placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c888 Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period, after which no further bets will be accepted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive in-session notifications when you have been actively playing for a defined period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanently closing it.

No rights, title, or interest in any c888 intellectual property are transferred to you by virtue of your use of the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any c888 content without the prior written consent of c888.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c888 shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruption of service.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, or account balance information, where such information is subject to a technical error subsequently identified and corrected by c888.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your c888 account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

c888's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement shall in no circumstances exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your c888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

c888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where c888 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The account holder does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements of Section 2.
• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Account activity is consistent with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Retention of the account would expose c888 to regulatory, legal, reputational, or financial risk.

Upon termination, c888 will return any verified, legitimate account balance to the account holder via the payment method on record, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation period. Balances derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c888 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through c888's internal dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights of Pakistani consumers under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

13. Amendments to These Terms

c888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, c888 will provide reasonable notice to active account holders via the email address on record or via an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the c888 Platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact c888 support to close your account.
